These Terms set out our and your legal rights and obligations in relation to the Goods sold to you on this website. It also outlines how Panda Business Supplies will process your order.

Your access to and use of this website is governed by Panda Business Supplies Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By using the website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Information about Panda Business Supplies

This site is operated by sole trader Lisa Allan T/A Panda Business Supplies (“us” or “we” or “our”). Our registered address is 44 Hind Crescent, Erith, Kent, DA8 3BG. 2. About you, registration and security

By placing an order and registering an account via the website, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are not, we are legally entitled to cancel the order with you and will not be obliged to supply the Goods.

When placing an order you are required to set up a customer account and you will be asked to select a password and user name. You are responsible for keeping these details confidential and are responsible for all activities that occur under them. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You may cancel your registration at any time by informing via hello@pandabusinesssupplies.co.uk. We may suspend or cancel your registration with immediate effect for any reasonable purposes or if you breach these terms and conditions.

3. Privacy Policy

Use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by this reference. All personal information is retained and used strictly in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property and acceptable use of the website

All Content included on the Website is the property of Lisa Allan trading as Panda Business Supplies. By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. Nothing on this site shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, logo or service mark displayed on the site without our prior written permission. You must not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy, distribute or use for commercial purposes, any Content without our prior written permission.

5. Prohibited use of the website

You may not use the Website for any of the following purposes: in any way which causes, or may cause, damage to the Website or interferes with any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Website; in any way which is harmful, unlawful, illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening or otherwise objectionable or in breach of any applicable law, regulation, governmental order; making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of Content protected by copyright without our permission.

This Website may contain links to other sites. Unless expressly stated, these sites are not under the control of Lisa Allan trading as Panda Business Supplies. We assume no responsibility for the content of such Websites and disclaim liability for any and all forms of loss or damage arising out of the use of them. The inclusion of a link to another site on this Website does not imply any endorsement of the sites themselves or of those in control of them.

7. How your order is processed

The order process is set out on the website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the order process correctly.After an order has been placed on the Website, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging that we have received the order (Order Confirmation). Please note that this email does not constitute acceptance by us. The contract for purchase of the Goods is agreed and accepted by us only when we send you an email Dispatch Confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Order Confirmation is complete and accurate and to inform us immediately of any errors as we are not responsible for any inaccuracies.

If we are unable to supply the Goods, for example because those Goods are not in stock or no longer available or because of an error in the price on the Website, we will inform you of this and will not process the order. If you have already paid for the Goods, we will refund the full amount as soon as possible.

8. Delivery

Delivery timescales and prices are set out on the website. Whilst we will use all reasonable endeavors to meet any delivery dates, all such dates are estimates and only approximate. Goods will be delivered by courier and if you are asked for a signature upon delivery, it is your responsibility to examine the Goods before signing.

Occasionally, delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. See the clause below (Circumstances beyond our control) for our responsibilities when this happens.

As soon as you receive your Goods, responsibility of the Goods passes to you. You must notify us immediately if they are damaged. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.

Goods remain the property of Lisa Allan T/A as Panda Business Supplies until payment is received in full.

9. Price and payment

The price of the Goods is as stated on the website and confirmed to you as part of the order process. Prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to the price of Goods (where applicable) at the checkout stage at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK at the time of the order.

The price of Goods exclude delivery charges, details of which are shown on the Website during the checkout stage and which will be added to the total amount due.

Payment for Goods and any VAT and delivery charges may be made by PayPal and all major credit or debit cards via PayPal. Payment must occur at the time that the Goods are ordered. No Goods be dispatched until payment has been received in full.

For business customers or customers who hold an account, payment for Goods and any VAT and delivery charges will be due 14 days after month end. We will supply sales invoices with each order and a statement of account at the beginning of every month.

Business customers should email sales@pandabusinesssupplies.co.uk to enquire about opening an account and a full copy of the relevant T&C’s.

10. Circumstances beyond our control

Panda Business Supplies shall not be held liable for any breach of this Agreement caused by circumstances out of its control including, but not limited to, Acts of God, fire, lightening, flood, or extremely severe weather, explosion, war, disorder, flood, industrial disputes or acts of local or central governments.

We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you of circumstances beyond our control. Our obligations under these Terms will be suspended. Where necessary, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date after the circumstances beyond our control are over. If you no longer wish to buy the Goods, you may cancel the Contract under the clause below (Your cancellation rights and returns). If the circumstances beyond our control continue for longer than 2 weeks, we will cancel the Contract and refund you any money paid in full.

11. Your cancellation rights and returns

You may cancel an order in the following circumstances:

a) If you are unhappy with the Goods for any reason, you may return them to us within 5 business days of receipt provided there is proof of purchase. A collection charge will apply. We will refund the you the price paid for the Goods excluding any collection charge and the original delivery charge; or

b) In the event of circumstances beyond the our control where you no longer wish to buy the Goods in accordance with clause above (Circumstances beyond the control of the Seller); or

c) In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000,during the period of seven working days starting from the day after the date that the Goods are received.

Business days means that Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are not included in this period.

You may not cancel the Contract (other than for reasons of product default or mis-description) in the case of newspapers, periodicals or magazines; or perishable goods, such as food, drink or fresh flowers; or software, DVDs or CDs which have a security seal which is opened or unsealed.

If you decide not to keep the Goods or to cancel a Contract in the circumstances permitted under this clause then;

a) You must inform us at sales@pandabusinesssupplies.co.uk within 5 business days and we will notify you of the exact collection charge. We will then arrange for the collection of the Goods and notify you of the date of collection. The Goods should be in their original packaging and available for collection on the date set by us.

b) We will confirm the address which must be attached to the parcel. You will attach the returns number and address and attach it to the parcel but not write directly onto the goods or tape anything to the original item as to damage the outer packaging and deem the goods non-returnable. The Goods must be in the same condition as they were sold.

c) We will refund the price paid for the Goods minus any applicable charges, once the Goods are received at the warehouse. We will process the refund using the method by which payment was originally made as soon as possible.

In the unlikely event that the Goods are faulty, defective, wrongly delivered or mis-described you must give us notice of cancellation as set out above but within 2 business days. We will refund you the price paid for the Goods and any applicable delivery charges once the Goods are received at the warehouse.

We will pay any collection charges and will arrange for the collection of the Goods and notify you of the date of collection. We will confirm the address which must be attached to the parcel. You will write the returns number and address and attach it to the parcel but not write directly onto the goods or tape anything to the original item as to damage the outer packaging.

Any shortages must be reported within 24 hours via email.

12. How these Terms may be changed

These terms and conditions may be changed from time to time and you are advised to check regularly for any updates. Every time you place an order via the website, the Terms in force at that time will apply.

13. Miscellaneous

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted according to English law. This means a Contract for the purchase of Goods through the Website and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or these Terms will be governed by English law. All disputes arising under them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
